Drapey dress weight rayon in jet black makes up this smart 2 piece vintage outfit. The added value is a jacket and dress you can wear separately! The dress is typical 1940's fare, in the tiny waist, the Aline skirt,and raglan sleeves with generous armholes and light shoulder pads. It has a left side zipper. The pleating at the hem is repeated on the longer peplum of the jacket.Unlined, you will need a slip.

The jacket is almost like a blouse, due to the material, and is unlined, It closes at front with dark pearl and rhinestone buttons. No shoulder pads. Label is Junior Guild Original.

Let me apologize for the photos- black is the hardest thing to take so these look a bit faded out. The black really is deep and dark. And it would look better on a real body!

This is in perfect condition, EXCEPT for, in each underarm, on the front side, but under, is a small break. Im not sure if it was from underarm stains over the years or just strain on that area. There are no stains there. The jacket is perfect. The whole out fit is perfectly wearable, but I have adjusted the price to reflect that flaw. It has been dry cleaned.
